SecureLeads ("we," "our," or "us") provides an SMS follow-up automation platform for sales professionals. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with our service, including all SMS communications sent through the platform.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: Name, email address, business name, and password when you create an account.
• Business contact data: Names, phone numbers, and email addresses of leads and clients that you (our customer) upload or enter into the platform.
• Message content: The text messages sent and received through the platform.
• Usage data: How you interact with the SecureLeads dashboard, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken.
• Billing information: Payment details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

3. SMS Communications & Consent

How SMS Opt-In Works

SecureLeads sends SMS messages on behalf of our customers (insurance agencies and agents) to their leads and clients. SMS messages are only sent to individuals whose contact information has been provided by our customers. Our customers are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from their contacts prior to uploading their information and initiating SMS campaigns.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the follow-up sequences configured by the sending business. Typical sequences include an initial message followed by periodic follow-ups over the course of several days to weeks.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier messaging rates apply to all SMS messages sent and received.

Opt-Out Instructions

Recipients may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying with any of the following keywords:

STOP · STOPALL · UNSUBSCRIBE · CANCEL · END · QUIT

Upon receipt of an opt-out keyword, the sender will be immediately marked as Do Not Contact and all pending messages will be canceled. You will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out.

To resume receiving messages after opting out, reply with:

4. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the SecureLeads platform
• Send automated SMS messages on behalf of our customers
• Process payments and manage billing
• Respond to support requests
• Comply with legal obligations
• Detect and prevent fraud or misuse

We do not sell personal information to third parties. We do not use contact data uploaded by our customers for our own marketing purposes.

5. Data Sharing

We share information only with trusted service providers necessary to operate the platform:

• Twilio — SMS delivery provider. Messages are transmitted through Twilio's infrastructure. Twilio's privacy policy applies to message transmission.
• Stripe — Payment processing. Billing data is handled by Stripe under their privacy policy.
• Clerk — Authentication provider. Account sign-in and identity management.

6. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Lead contact information and message history are retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon account cancellation, data is deleted within 90 days unless required to be retained by law.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, and access controls to protect your data. We require multi-tenant data isolation so that no customer can access another customer's data.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at secureleadz@gmail.com. We will respond to requests within 30 days.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
